Terrible service!
I never had such a BAD experience anywhere else let alone a dry cleaners.
I had explained and try to make clear the service i wanted multiple times trying to avoid a misunderstanding. However, the person in charge acted like they knew or understood what i was talking about.
The day i went to get my stuff, it was the saddest experience since what i asked and explained in the beginning did not happen. Instead i got a service that i never asked, charged for the service that i NEVER asked and my concern/issue was not resolved.
Though i tried to explain the situation respectfully, the so called "owner" which i never believed had been a person in charge- was very rude and disrespectful, was not professional handling the matter. Instead, said he will take me to a court, huh?! Very professional!
For anyone reading this- make sure you make yourself VERY CLEAR- may be have an interpreter and make sure you get THE SERVICE you NEED is understood!
For the cleaners company- Language is a barrier which is completely understandable. However, DO NOT act like you understand and rush people by saying YES, YES for everything and make such a disappointment and very bad reputation; things happen, but when so...try to learn or develop a better way of handling the situation afterwards.
