I would like to point out that Scott Woodward, who posted a negative review, is actually the owner of Woodward Auto Parts in New Bedford Ma, a competitor of O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Pretty sad, not to mention unprofessional, for a company president to post a fictitious negative review of his newest competitor.
