Waited over two hours with no delivery. Driver got lost repeatedly, and did not listen to directions when he called, but asked random people on the street while on the phone with me. Called the store, nice people, comped the pizza but still no food two hours later and it has been fourty minutes since I was told the driver “understood” the directions and was on his way. Canceled the order because I wasn’t interested in cold pizza and ordered from another local chain. Love the pizza, but will not order here again for a while until they hire people who can manage a GPS app.
