The new ownership is insanely disorganized. I went in on a Friday to rent a unit, hoping to get an early start loading it on Monday. I could clearly tell they didn't really have things under control but figured its just a storage unit and I only need it for a month. I Get there Monday and can't find the unit # I rented. Turns out it was a parking spot. A little ridiculous that they didn't know that but I was willing to take a different one. They have no system in place to check so I waited almost an hour for them to keep checking paperwork and then walk around the property to check on possible units. They don't have a map. In the end they didn't have one. Ok, I'll just take a refund of the money I was charged. They tell me it will take 3-5 days, which is pretty standard. I tell them I would like some confirmation, which is also standard. The woman at the desk needs to call her manager because she can't issue refunds. Her manager emails me a screenshot of a refund issued a year earlier to an account that wasn't mine. After more back and forth I get my correct screenshot. They don't sell locks so bring one. They don't sell boxes or packing supplies so bring those too. I went to another storage facility and it was exactly what I pictured it should be.
A friend of mine used to have a unit here a few years ago and there were no issues but this new company has a lot of work to do.
I have never left a negative review before because I own a business and often they are left without a second thought. Do yourself a favor and until this place gets it together, go elsewhere.
