Arrived early for my appointment. Tried providing sample however they would not accept my first sample because it was less than the 30 ML's required. Informed due to previous medical issues producing more is not something that is physically possible for me. I was told if I left the facility I would have to contact my employer for a new sample and come back another day. I had to sit in the lobby for about and hour and a half consuming water until I was able to try again. The woman who took my sample informed since I could only produce a small amount that I had to come out as fast as I could so they temperature could be right. I did as instructed but the woman was nowhere to be seen. I feel as though she was setting me up for failure. On top of that she made the comment "Now you will have to go all day". If she had listened to me in the first place she would realize that is not how my body works. Do they assume everyone going in for a drug test is guilty of doing drugs? On top of that they had me sign an with an electronic pen without washing my hands, very unsanitary!
