Rancho Tipico

I wish I could give 3.5 stars,but I have to admit that their food is pretty good and they really give generous helpings. However, I feel like they charge based on how they feel for that day and that is not good business. I understand language barriers, but you HAVE to be clear about what each item costs. As a college student, I'm counting all my change and there have been times where I wanted to leave my food at the counter because they'd exclaim a random number that was WAAAAY more than I expected especially based on what they charge for other dishes (allegedly).
