I’d give less than one star if I could based off my experience alone. Add in my parents, and I’d take stars away from other reviewers. Where should I begin? Well I’ll start with the recliner and reclining loveseat that was sold to my parents some years ago. They were told they were genuine leather.....leather does not fall off the way these chairs have fallen apart. These chairs were in my living room, barely being sat on out of fear of hurting them more until I went and ordered a modular couch from this place. I was told it would be here in 2-4 weeks, and would receive a phone call when it got there. THAT WAS OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!! Now I have no furniture in my living room waiting for this couch to show up and to even get any answers I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes. That wouldn’t be the part that pissed me off those most if it weren’t for the message every once in a while telling me to “stay on the line or press 2 to leave a message”.......apparently they didn’t plan on anyone ever wanting to leave a message because IT DOESNT WORK! I’m so over this company. Complete and utter trash.
