Waiters and waitresses were pleasant but not knowledgeable of the food. My wife had the duck which is according to the staff what Rouge is know for. The duck was so over cooked and my wife asked for more sauce in order to finish the $32 duck. I ordered the sea bass special, $34 a plate, and that was over cooked as well. The skin was more than crispy, it was almost burned. We had appetizers and tapas dishes and they were good. The cocktails were good too. For the prices though, I expect much better.
