Just like "Mark - Nov 10, 2010" I quickly realized that Royal Flush Plumbing & Heating just guesses at their work. I am not a heating expert by any means but I could tell that they are making up stuff. They kept replacing parts chasing the symptoms not actually trying to solve the actual problem. Like mark they ran up about a $500 dollar tab on me! :*( SO I called another heating person. They fixed my issue quickly and for about 100 dollars. This is my first review I wrote about a place, I just felt that I need to warn people about these people!! Oh and they say their is a 100% satisfaction guarantee, that's not true as I saw it. I guess their guarantee is that they guarantee they will keep coming over charging a service charge, racking up more cash for them.
