Called asking if I needed an appointment for eyebrow threading and was told yes. Made an appointment and drove all the way over. Signed in thinking this looks like like a great place. Run to the bathroom and then was told they do not do eyebrow threading, only waxing. Wasted forty minutes in travel time. (Twenty minutes each way) FYI, waxing is in the past, and pay attention on the phone.
