Courteous, pleasant in-store associate, but absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and a COMPLETE RUN-AROUND when using customer care (phone). No wonder Sears is on the verge of bankruptcy & closing so many stores! After 6 calls/reps & +2 hours of my day, issue still not resolved... WOW!! Maybe they should consult LL Bean on how to handle customer claims...
