Dr Vardoulias has been my doctor for several years now. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great and really cares. I love that they even have a staff psychologist to talk to if you feel you need to talk to someone. Even the PA was very thorough. If it wasn't for all of them I would not be as healthy as I am now.

This particular location is not great. There is one receptionist who is very nasty and you have to push to get her to do her job which makes everything a lot more frustrating

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early, to find out the nurse practitioner called out sick. "Someone was supposed to call you." They were going to fit me in but at an inconvenience to only me. Never mind it was for a 15 minute scheduled appointment for a blood pressure check that apparently they were too busy for. They handled the situation poorly. After sitting there 20 minutes after scheduled appointment I was advised only because I inquired, that there were two people ahead of me. I left and will never return. I emailed the doctor who never apologized for their actions, only that we could reschedule. Yeah, I don't think so.
