Bright. Clean. Relaxing. I went for my 1st class taught by Kelly, she was AMAZING. I brought my dad to "Basics" for his very first yoga class ever and she was great with helping him as well as keeping the flow of the class. I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a good stretch, great workout, and inviting environment with talented instructors!!
