The locals are slobs, leaving trash on obstacles even though there's trash bins all over the park. They sometimes hang their legs on the edge of the bowl when people are trying to skate or ride it. Also use the c-ledge as a bench where they leave their trash. Scooter infested. Other than that a great park with lots of potential.
