Placed order via app, which charged my credit card. But arrived a few minutes later to find a long line, and didn't have time to wait n So, I asked the one overworked staffer to cancel my order. She said she'd have to show it to a manager later, and took my name and number. Guess what? No refund yet, and nary a call, days later. Now I have to call; hopefully that will resolve it.
