So disappointed of the service of this location. I had a coupon that has a valid date and location. Unfortunately the cashier wasn't taking the time to carefully read what it says on the coupon. She refused to use my coupon because it had Springfield/ Pioneer Valley. I don't know if the cashier didn't want to accept my coupon because she was in pissy mood or because she doesn't know that this store is also part of the pioneer valley. I was very disappointed.
