It's so difficult to rate Supercuts, because I have had AMAZING haircuts here, okay haircuts here, and (today) a really awful haircut that's making me never want to go back. The stylist who gave me the amazing cut apparently doesn't work there anymore, so lets throw it down to two stars. The cut Nancy gave me is very uneven in length on the left and right sides of my face, and doesn't look at all like I want it to.
It's very inexpensive though, everyone is friendly, it's quick, and the ability to put yourself on the waiting list online is a major perk. There ARE stylists who are good, so maybe try to wade through the reviews and find someone who works for you.
