Taco Bell

I've been in line since 2:30 on 5/13/17 and it is now 3:02pm! I have not received my food yet! I'm not even at the window yet!!! Unbelievable!! No reason it should take 1 hour to make a couple of TACOS!!! TACOOOOSSSSS... not steak or a 3 course meal. Now at 3:06 I get to the window... I am told they have al new people so that's why it's taking so long! Then I am asked what did I order! Smh Please shut down drive thru if you don't have enough people to work.

Food was good but it took 20 minutes to get my food, table next to me took 25 minutes.
