Not satisfied at all! I went in today (Wednesday) for a fullset it was slow and nobody was waitibg to be serviced. The lady who took me rushed through my service, my nails were taking much shorter than i wanted...asked for a specific color. Purple metallic.. As she's painted my nails what appeared to be a green she told me it would be an extra $3 because she had to open a new bottle of polish (never heard that one before).
As they are drying I'm hoping that a miracle happens and they turn the color I asked for... I told the lady that it wasn't the color I asked for and she tells me as I am paying that they didn't have the color I wanted anymore. She told me to come back tomorrow and she'll change it for free.. (What about today??) I told her I work tomorrow.. Still says come back tomorrow.
This is equivalent to going into a hair salon for a color, asking for blonde and getting orange.
Never returning again!
