TTE has calibrated hundreds of Pipettes for me and their customer service through out every single experience has been exceptional! I was very pleased after they have been calibrated to find them cleaned, smelling great, and wrapped in bubble wrap! TTE takes great care of their customers that's for sure. Would highly recommend.
