Ultima Ltd. Motorworks

I recently went to them for a used car PPI on a B8 S4. I called around noon and they were able to go through the car the next morning. Due to personal time constraints, I had to deal with them exclusively over the phone, to which, they promptly answered every time I called. In addition to sending me a detailed Work Order that listed all the pros and possible concerns with this particular vehicle, the owner spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the final verdict. This included things to look out for in the near future. After all was said and done, I felt more confident going forward with my purchase of the car and actually got some money taken off the purchase price. Factoring in that an Audi dealership charges $270 for this service, and Ultima Ltd. Motorworks only charges $190, I'd say it was money well spent. I would recommend them to anybody looking to service or buy a German or Swedish vehicle.
