Ordered the appetizer combo thing. Ten bucks. It's all pre-frozen, just needed to be deep fried real quick things, except maybe the chicken wings. It was delivery, probably ten minutes down the road, so I understand it might not be piping hot. It was barely luke warm. Called to complain because this is the second time in a row my food hasn't even been remotely hot, and the "manager" said "so what do you want me to do about it?" I asked what she would suggest, and she said if I didn't eat it they could redeliver (another 45 minutes?! No thanks. I'm hungry and I already microwaved it) or they could refund me one dollar. ONE DOLLAR. I told her to have whoever is above her to call me whenever they come in, so I hope they can resolve the problem.

Food isn’t bad but their delivery service is horrible. They have children working for them and delivery is always 1.5 hours minimum and we only live 5 minutes away. I guess I’d be more upset if it wasn’t free. You get what you pay for...
