I've had two sessions so far with Gina. She is great, answered all my questions, makes you feel comfortable with getting those uncomfortable places lasered. I've had no issues with this place trying to sell me anything more like some of the reviews. I have seen results after the few treatments I have received so far. Ask for Gina, she is great.
