Terrible Service. Went to ship important original documents by trusted UPS. Clerk kept me waiting `10min while he had personal call on cell phone then rushed me through with cell still to his ear. I paid and left. 10 days later documents still not delivered, so I went back to store...same guy. I had my receipt and was looking to track package and he'd sent it US mail!!! No way to track the now lost package. I live close to a post office, but went to UPS to ship UPS!! When i went back to talk to him he remember me asking to send USPS...what? Then I called store to complain and left detailed message with their customer service number and did call back but NEVER got a response from manager.
