I was a loyal customer for over 5 years, only because of one of their workers, Holly. The rest are completely terrible. I work full time as a single mother and extremely busy. Spent my Friday there, where the owner said they could do mani/pedi. They had a new man do my pedi, maybe he tried but I didn’t even get lotion on my feet. The woman doing manis as I finished my pedi said “you got come back different day” I wouldn’t have spent my time on a lotionless pedi. Half done. Also they had a bottle of open wine of their work station. I’m not the type to speak up. I paid the 25 with toes painted like I could have done at home. Thanks for just losing a loyal customer. I have referee multiple friends to this place. Strictly for holly. I’ve seen people coming in and out while I was waiting for the mani. Such bad business.
