so upset by a man on Window 2, working days Nov 17,2016, he is really rude, we sent a wrong application there, and just want to get back the original documents (Birthday certificate and green card), he said that there was no such documents there, my husband showed him the claim number and ask him for a double check, because we are sure that we sent documents over there, my husband is a very polite and soft man, but this man said that he was going to call security guard to walk him out, because he think there is no need to double check.
A black woman staff can not see this happening, and she said that you can go to another window for help, so an Asian woman helped us to find the document in one minute, it is actually very easy.
I recalled couple days ago, I called in for asking the document, a man rudely hang up my phone saying that "I had no time to talk with you, and there is no way for me to check your case in the phone", per my memory, it is same man.
This guy got serious attitude issue.
