Had an amazing experience till the next day. Came in to buy my mom a note 8 with Ed for her birthday. I told him I wanted to put more money towards the phone, since I was buying the phone. When it was time to check out, I told him to add more money to the phone and he stated that he couldn't go back, that I could do it another day online. So the next day, I call Verizon, since I couldn't pay more towards the phone with Ed, just to be told I was suppose to pay more for the phone the day of purchase. To top it off, the bill comes in and the protection plan is almost $20, after being told it was $8. Ya, don't trust these guys. Never going back to that store.
