HORRIBLE management company (Greystar). The building recently had fire alarms/sprinkler issues for over a month causing serious damage to my side of the building. Our apartment was under construction and unlivable for over a month and management did absolutely nothing. They were impossible to get ahold of, people were accessing our apt without our permission constantly. Further - packages are consistently lost, and amentities are always broken. We have since moved because this place is horrible.
