Whole Foods is as good as it gets, around here. Harvest Good Co-Op is good, too, but not as comprehensive.
Also, I want to add, I don't think Whole Foods hurts smaller healthy grocers. I could be wrong, but I think its effect is to grow the market for healthy and diet/allergen/foodie-friendly items, which causes more business to flow into the smaller guys, effectively. Just my take... for the haters out there.
