We’ve had a great experience with Wilson Bros. HVAC. They’ve installed our central a.c. perfectly, no problems. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional & courteous. The service personnel are on time, and have done a thorough job cleaning our unit as well. We highly recommend them!

The worst, most insulting and dismissive customer service experience ever. They did a great installation of a new heating plant; we were very satisfied and gave them a ten out of ten rating. Then the "smart" thermostat it didn't work, causing the heat to shoot way up high in the middle of the night. They couldn't fix it. Then the system shut down from moisture backup in the exhaust pipe. John Wilson, always courteous and responsive, detected a minor installation error and promptly corrected it. "What good service," we thought - even though the "smart" thermostat still didn't work right. Later on, the system shut down from blowing snow being sucked into the intake pipe. Their response when we called for service: "How dare you? This is insulting!" We were astonished. Then Paul Wilson came on the line and angrily told us "Of course this will happen - every time it snows." Seriously? You're installing systems in New England that won't work when it snows? We paid a local firm $200 for an emergency call to spend hours fixing what Wilson Brothers - designers and installers of this system - couldn't be bothered with. Wilson Bros. started out with an "A" rating from perfectly satisfied customers, and managed to turn it into an "F" by rudely insulting and berating the client over their system's problems.
