Worcester Social Security Office

I went here for an appt, and was completely misled by the staff. As others have said, the wait is long but the woman we met with congenial, so we left there feeling pleasantly surprised. However, even though she encouraged me to contact her with any further questions, she was insanely rude every time I reached out to her. At first I thought it was just one off communication, but it was like talking to a completely different person from thereon out. I'm honestly not sure what the point of reviewing necessary evils like this nightmare building could even be. I doubt anyone thinks they'll be having a quick & pleasant experience at the SSA, but I'll tell you this: I'll NEVER forget the name of the rep I was forced to speak with. She's so unabashedly unprofessional that I wouldn't be surprised if I experienced reprisal for reporting her; here or via SSA.
