I recently rented an auto from Young's and had a mixed experience. We have rented bikes there many times and always found the staff accommodating and helpful. This time, not so. I called in advance to indicate we would be returning later than planned on the day of our return, and returned 5 hours after our original time of pick-up. I expected to pay extra, but was unhappy to hear that would be a whole day's rental. When asked why a whole day, the staffer said abruptly "its a whole day to me". Instead of going into the shop and buying T shirts as we had planned, we walked away thinking we'd try another shop next time. Its the off-season, and a time for a little courtesy and to win loyalty, but that was just not happening.
