BBA Remanufacturing

Very spotty turn around time. I have sent multiple units to them, usually get them back in less than a week. I sent them a GM ECM and Skim module 12 days ago, called three times and just found out they still have not looked at it. Unacceptable. Two stars because the other times I have used them they have been fair. But at this point I can ship units to rebuilders in Texas or Florida and get them back quicker.

We have worked with BBA for years, and they've never let us down. Recently we worked with Angela to have an LED repaired in a 2003 Mercedes-Benz. I sent it to BBA on Friday and was able to have the customer's car finished Monday. As always great job and special thanks to Angela for making it happen.
