Replaced broken ice maker with a refurbished one that was broken as well.

This was a warranty repair on a new washing machine. The repair man found the necessary part on another van, so rather than ordering it, he made arrangements to return later in the day to install it. It turns out that to get the part to me there were a whole series of hand-offs from one van to another to get the part across the state to my house, finally a different repairman brought the part and installed it. Really exceptional effort to get my washer repaired in a single day so that I did not have to take an extra day off work. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff.
