I signed paperwork, gave them a down payment and insured a car I supposedly bought from them. Dave said I should have it in 48 hours. I called 3 days later and they said they were still waiting on the bank, I called 6 days later and never got a call back. Now it's 9 days later so I called the bank, the bank sent them something to review the day after I left which never happened so the pre approval is no longer any good. As I left I looked around and realized they had sold the car. They seem nice while you're in there but if you're not spending 30 grand on a vehicle they don't care about you.
