Hilltown Hybrids

I was driving back from VT to NYC and knew my Prius II needed some attention on the wheel bearings. I was able to get a same day appointment. The drive out to the shop is nice, it's in the middle of beautiful country. Jamie took the car for a minute spin and then pulled out his stethoscope and quickly identified the bad wheel bearing. It's difficult to determine which bearing is shot and many shops insist on doing them in pairs. But we were lucky and a couple hours later, I was on my way to NYC. He fixed an issue that dealers and independents shrugged off as "your car's getting old. "
