I wanted to write a review last year when I went to have my motorcycle key duplicated. The woman there was SO helpful. She cut a key that worked better than the worn out original I got with the used bike. She told me that I should use WD-40 in the key holes and NOT graphite like I had tried, (that only made it worse). Once I got my new key, and worked WD-40 into the ignition spot, I was finally able to lock my steering the way it's designed to! Traded in my bike for a newer cruiser this year and she cut another good key for me. Excellent service. I will always, and only, go here for keys.
Jim's Lock and Key has the bestest and I mean the bestest business around they are something to strive for in having hospitality, honesty and fairness from anywhere I have ever been. They served me promptly, curious and very friendly. They opened a locked box that I had been searching for the key for weeks! They opened it in less than 2 minutes and it only cost me $10- I had called around locksmiths in the area and was quoted 5x as much. I strongly recommend this place to everyone. I wouldn't mind going out of the house if everyone was like the people at Jim's Lock and Key
