While the staff was kind, they were not and still are not capable. I was treated last year and misdiagnosed and mistreated by MV Hospital. Although 17 messages had been left with several departments over four months, not a single phone call was returned. Upon finally reaching something other than an answering machine, George Fitton said he had received my message but regardless had failed to return my call. Now that I am represented by council he, nor anyone in the hospital will speak to me regarding the misdiagnosis or treatment I received. No communication or resolve has been attempted by the hospital. It seems they are well aware of their inability to properly treat patients and refuse to confront such serious issues.
