Edited to update- I've been back a few more times for facials (detox) and a lash lift. The facials have been great and I've noticed a big difference in my skin after just having a couple. The lash lift was quick, easy and came out great. She explained the process and any aftercare and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Faizer is AMAZING!!! My husband got me a spa day gift certificate. It included a facial, hot stone massage, a pedicure, and shellac manicure. This was my first spa experience and first time receiving any services period. I was a little nervous and definitely felt out of my comfort zone on the day of, but there was no need to be. Faizer was great to work with and really made sure I was feeling comfortable and at ease. She took the time to answer any questions I had or to explain what she was doing and happily customized services to suit my needs and comfort level. I left the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed. She is responsive to inquiries and easy to schedule appointments with. Best early Christmas ever!!!
